September Fundamental Course and New Classes

September Fundamental course at CrossFit Hull, East and West Hull, including surrounding areas like Beverley.

September Fundamentals Course

We have just announced a Fundamental Course starting September 6th and will run for 6 sessions.

The dates and times for the 6 sessions are:

Tuesday September 6th 7:30pm-8:45pm
Thursday September 8th 7:30pm-8:45pm
Tuesday September 13th 7:30pm-8:45pm
Thursday September 15th 7:30pm-8:45pm
Tuesday September 20th 7:30pm-8:45pm
Thursday September 22nd 7:30pm-8:45pm

The cost of the fundamentals course is £50 and will give you two weeks free membership on completion of the course so that you can get stuck in and start putting your new skills to the test. To complete the course you must attend all 6 sessions.

One to One Private fundamental sessions can also be booked these are £100. Semi private sessions can also be booked at a reduced cost.

If for any reason you cannot attend all dates please feel free to contact us and we can arrange an alternative session, please note this may be at an extra cost.

We are pleased to announce we have added all new classes to our timetable.

These classes are available to everyone via the pay as you go option, or through any of our memberships that we have.

Ladies Only Sweat Class

9:30am Weekdays

Suitable for: All skill levels, Ladies, Mums

Cost: Non members £5 per session, Members Included in membership

What to expect: High intensity interval training, Cardio, Bodyweight movements

Good for: Fitness, Endurance and Fat Burning

AssaultFit

9:00am Saturdays

Suitable for: All skill levels, Runners, Cyclists, Spinners, Rowers

Cost: Non members £5 per session, Members Included in membership

What to expect: High intensity interval training, Cardio, Bodyweight movements

Good for: Fitness, Endurance, Speed, Power and Fat Burning

CrossFit Lite

12:00pm Weekdays

Suitable for: All skill levels, Lunch timers

Cost: Non members £5 per session, Members Included in membership

What to expect: Bodyweight, Strongman, Simple Barbell / Dumbbell movements, Cardio, High Intensity Interval Training

Good for: Fitness, Strength, Endurance and Fat Burning

Olympic Lifting 

9:30am Sundays

Suitable for: All skill levels, Existing Lifters, New Lifters

Cost: Non members £3 per session, Members Included in membership

What to expect: Structured coached olympic lifting sessions

Good for: Strength, Power, Skill and Fat Burning
