Fundamentals Course

We have just announced a Fundamental Course starting May 5th and will run for 6 nights. We know a lot of people have been asking, we have been really busy working on a few things.

Why the change to 6 nights? Wasn’t it 3 before?

Yes it was 3 nights before, but we found that after over a year of doing the fundamental course we could make some changes to make things a little better and hopefully prepare you more for the classes to come. The change to 6 nights allows us to spend a greater amount of time going over the movements and it also allows us to give you a workout after some of the sessions to see how you cope performing the movements you have learnt in a simulated class environment.

Why so late? We are continuing to run our normal classes for our current members at the same time, this means we have to find a slot after our classes. We hope this isn’t too late for you.

The dates and times for the 6 nights are:

Tuesday May 5th 8:30pm-9:45pm
Thursday May 7th 8:30pm-9:45pm
Tuesday May 12th 8:30pm-9:45pm
Thursday May 14th 8:30pm-9:45pm
Tuesday May 19th 8:30pm-9:45pm
Thursday May 21st 8:30pm-9:45pm

The cost of the fundamentals course is £50 and will give you two weeks free membership on completion of the course so that you can get stuck in and start putting your new skills to the test. To complete the course you must attend all 6 sessions.

If for any reason you cannot attend all dates please feel free to contact us and we can arrange an alternative session, this will more than likely be a Saturday morning.
