Boot Camp is a fitness class for everyone!!

CrossFit Hull & Humber understands that not everyone wants to learn olympic lifts and swing around on pull ups bars so we created our own Boot Camp class.

Boot camp is still based around CrossFit, structured the same and run by one of our experienced coaches. Within our class you will warm up, learn new skills before hitting a challenging workout that will get the heart raising and the sweat running.

Worried about your ability and Fitness levels?? NO NEED, we can alter any workout movement or time domain to ease you into the classes.

Parents…. We want to help you out too, we have many parents who attend classes and bring their children to watch the classes from new borns to teenagers, as long as they don’t run riot they are welcome. We have a seating area for the older children where they can access free wifi to keep them busy for the hour.
