May 2015 Fundamental Course

Fundamentals Course

We have just announced a Fundamental Course starting May 5th and will run for 6 nights. We know a lot of people have been asking, we have been really busy working on a few things.

Why the change to 6 nights? Wasn’t it 3 before?

Yes it was 3 nights before, but we found that after over a year of doing the fundamental course we could make some changes to make things a little better and hopefully prepare you more for the classes to come.

Nike Metcon 1 Updating Review

Whilst trying to make a decision on whether to bite the bullet and buy a pair of the new Nike Metcon, I was looking around the web for a few reviews. Unfortunately there wasn’t much out there to help me with my decision.

January 2015 Fundamental Course

Fundamentals Course

We have just announced a Fundamental Course starting January 26th and will run for 6 nights.

Why the change to 6 nights? Wasn’t it 3 before?

Yes it was 3 nights before, but we found that after over a year of doing the fundamental course we could make some changes to make things a little better and hopefully prepare you more for the classes to come. The change to 6 nights allows us to spend a greater amount of time going over the movements and it also allows us to give you a workout after some of the sessions to see how you cope performing the movements you have learnt in a simulated class environment.

Early December Fundamentals

Fundamentals Course

Due to popular demand we are excited to announce a new fundamentals course starting December 1st.  If you want to get started in CrossFit this is the step to take to get started. The course will be held over 3 nights Monday December 1st, Wednesday December 3rd and Thursday December 4th. If you want to start your New Years resolution early this is a great opportunity.

The times for the course are:

Monday 1st December 8:30pm-9:30pm

Wednesday 3rd December 8:30pm-9:30pm

Thursday 4th December 8:30pm-9:30pm

The cost of the fundamentals course is £50 and will give you two weeks free membership on completion of the course so that you can get stuck in and start putting your new skills to the test.
