We will be offering free Taster Session on the 2nd August to those who are new to CrossFit and would like to try it out. During the Taster Session you will experience a CrossFit Workout, which will be beginner friendly and have the opportunity to ask our coaches any questions you may have about joining CrossFit Hull. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. One Taster Session per person only.

The fundamental Course we are running in August starts on Saturday 9th August and runs until Saturday 16th August. The fundamentals course costs £50 and consists of 3 sessions, after completing the course you then receive 2 weeks free membership to attend all the CrossFit classes.
You will need to attend all 3 classes before being able to join in with the CrossFit classes. The date and times are shown below:
Saturday 9th August 9:00am – 10:30am
Sunday 10th August 9:00am – 10:30am
Saturday 16th August 9:00am – 10:30am
If you are unable to attend all of the classes please speak to one of our coaches as we may have other course dates in the future that you can attend.
How to book the Free Taster Session
- Go to the membership page of this site by clicking here (will open in a new window)
- Click the Login / Register tab
- Make an account with teamup. Enter your email, name and choose a secure password.
- Once you’ve made an account, go to ‘Schedule’ at the top of the page.
- You can now starting booking into the Taster Sessions on the days and times that suit you.
